Toyota owners are complaining of numerous problems with the automaker's Entune App Suite infotainment system, particularly the latest Entune 3.0 system installed in new versions of the best I've downloaded both apps - Entune 3.0 (which connects automatically but has ZERO functional apps associated with it) and Entune App Suite. SPP refers to the serial port profile for Bluetooth, which I assume used to set up a connection between the car and the Entune app on a phone. Entune on my 2019 XLE has proven to be nearly worthless for me. None of the apps are anything I use. The navigation app is far inferior to Google Drive on my Android. However, the app on my Galaxy is muted when I try to use it until I break the bluetooth connection with my Sienna. What a hassle!

I spoke too soon lol. So last night I tried using the 3D maps again and it worked ok until I switched the app, then everything locked out and I could not use any apps anymore even with the USB or Bluetooth connected. The iphone 11.2.5 update fixed maybe 10% of the problems. This is so frustrating to make entune work properly, SMH !
